Each step is a defined handover. You always know where you are in the journey, who's responsible for the next thing, and what the cost is before it happens.

You send a WhatsApp message or fill the form. We reply within working hours, usually within an hour. We ask the questions that decide whether we're a fit before anything else.

Yiğit reviews your case clinically. We match you to the right partner clinic for your treatment, not the other way around. You receive a written plan with options and trade-offs.

We arrange flights, hotel near your clinic, airport transfers, and translator support. Licensed under Class A tourism authorisation, so the whole package is on one paper trail.

You arrive prepared. The clinic team has your full plan in advance. Recovery happens in your hotel, with a coordinator on call and a check-in visit before you fly home.

Structured follow-ups by WhatsApp and video at agreed intervals. If something looks off, we coordinate with your clinic — you don't have to chase anyone.
